2010 is coming to an end!
Hello Team!
I hope everyone has had a wonderful holiday season and are all rested up for the New Year celebrations and every opportunity that awaits you! Have you thought about your goals? The one's for 2011? The ones for January? The ones for this week? We should always have short term and long term goals for every aspect of our lives, not just for our business. One of the reasons that attracted me to Direct Sales was the support and the encouragement I received on my goals......please let me know what yours are so I can support, encourage and recognize your efforts :)

Hello Team Tipping Point!
Just a quick note to let you know.......Our Team Holiday Party will be held Friday December 10 at 6pm at Mimi's Restaurant in Sandy, Ut. Please RSVP so we can get an accurate head count of attendee's. This Party, like past years, will be open to all consultants and their spouses. We ask that you bring a $10 gift each for a fun gift exchange. :) Mid Year Awards and recognition will be given to those who attend. Last Year we had CEO Paul Anderson as a guest .... wonder who might come this year :)
Many of you have told me that you have sent in testimonials to be included in the next catalog - those emails sent in have ended up in cyber space :) So Supervisor Stacie Weatbrook, who's team will also be at the Mid-Year awards/Christmas part, has asked that you re-submit them to her directly along with a professional style photo. Growing your business
Hello Team!
WOW what an amazing September! There are no words that I can think of to express my appreciation of each of you for pulling together and creating the 2nd United States UNIT in For Every Home!
We definitely broke a record by moving up 2 levels in one month! Not only did our team move up......so did Senior Supervisor Lori Nijjar & the Wick Chicks!! Many people advanced in rank, our team grew 21 stronger and there is NO Director more proud of their team than I am! What an exciting month for our team! The newsletter will be out in a few days where you will see even more of our team's accomplishments!

Hello team!
WOW have I had one busy month! New Catalog, Nectar, Parties, visit from my sister, travel and headed out today for another party in St George!
I will be gone for the whole weekend but I will have my laptop with me so I can assist you in whatever you may need :)
Looks who's new this month so far...
Here's the new news from the home front.....and I am so excited!!!
2. This is not really a new rule but more of a reiteration. All Consultants who earn their trip will know if they have earned it by the 5th of January 2011. Those Consultants who have earned enough points for themselves or them plus a guest will forfeit any right to the Puerto Vallarta 2011 trip if they are not personally active after the contest ends but before the trip. This means that during January 2011 and February 2011, those that have earned the trip must be personally active during these two months specifically or the will forfeit their space on the 2011 incentive trip. Please, please, please make note of this as For Every Home will not be making any exceptions to this rule.
THIS MEANS MANY OF YOU MAY BE BACK ON TRACK!!!

Puerto Vallarta Contest Changes
Puerto Vallarta Contest Changes
After much consideration, Paul and Becky have decided to make life a little easier for those people in the company who want to go on the annual incentive trip to Puerto Vallarta but have unfortunately had the ill fate of missing a month or two of activity. Effective immediately, it is no longer a requirement to be active every single month of the contest in order to qualify for the Puerto Vallarta trip. However, the following rules will be taking the previous rule's place:
1. Every Consultant must average the activity rate of $350 in personal volume per month over the course of the contest. This means that if for some reason you were not active in June and July or any other month for that matter due to whatever reason, you may still be in the running for trip points as long as your personal volume is large enough in other months so that the average of all months of the contest (April 1st to January 3rd 2011 or 9 months) comes out to $350 in pv or greater.
THIS MEANS MANY OF YOU MAY BE BACK ON TRACK!!!

We are calling the new package "Gateway" and it does tons of great things that will help you in your business if you take the time to learn how to use it. It's a new start, a new beginning, a time for new dreams and goals! I am so proud of all the accomplishments this past year...did you know our team grew by over 180 consultants this past year?

We are having a conference call so we can co-ordinate activities and times. This conference is VERY different than those in the past :) So this conference call is very important for you to be "in the know" and part of the decision making process about team meetings and event happenings. I PROMISE you will LOVE the changes :)

3 words
Hello Team!
Have you ever had a song stuck in your head and just couldn't get rid of a certain phrase? Well, that has happened to me today....all I could keep singing in my head is "have you forgotten....."
I believe everything happens for a reason; so I immediately started to think about our soldiers and why they are fighting for our country. The passion in those young men and woman's hearts are immeasurable....the dedication they have to their country and the love they have for their fellow soldiers. The sacrifices they make so we can have a better life....a life of freedom....freedom has no limits. I simply want to honor those who serve our country - their family and their friends - and all who support our troops present and past. "Thank you for the reminder"
I began to think about my faith....it dawned on me that with all that happening around me - I have been forgetting to continue to build my personal relationship with GOD on a daily basis - all things are possible through HIM. "Thank you for the reminder"
I also started thinking about my family....and I realized that I sometimes forget to tell them over and over how much I love them and how I will always do my best to keep my priorities straight - they are my reason, my support, my strength "Thank you for the reminder"
Then I began to think about my purpose in life and that you, Team Tipping Point, are my purpose....and I just wanted you to know that you are all in my hearts and in my mind :) I also want you to know how much I believe in you and in our company, how grateful my family and I are to have you all as team mates! My purpose is to inspire others to have "more" in life and to assist those who want something "more" achieve their dreams. You, Team Tipping Point, allow me to do just that! "Thank you for the reminder"
The month is coming to a close.....are you where you want to be?

If you are placing any orders under "My Orders" Those orders may not be counting toward your active status or moving up a level.....please contact your upline or myself to make sure your getting the best deal you can when you order!! There are many ways to earn points for this amazing and FREE trip, however, being ACTIVE is the most important thing to do to stay on track!! Here are the rules for bringing a guest :)
