A customer is–
The MOST important person in any business
Is not dependent on us, rather we are dependent on them
Is not an interruption of work, but rather the purpose of it
Is part of our business, not an outsider
Is not someone to argue or match wits with
Is deserving of the most courteous and attentive treatment we can give them
Is the lifeblood of this and every other business
Remember — Take care of your customers, or someone else will! Treat your customers like gold!
